Hi, I’m Dr. John Soltero, veterinarian and founder of Ascend Pet Vitality.

After years of caring for thousands of dogs in clinical practice, I began noticing the same pattern over and over again. Most pet owners weren’t waiting until their dogs became seriously ill to seek help. They wanted to know what they could do now to help their companions stay active, comfortable, and vibrant for as long as possible.

Too often, I would see dogs begin to slow down earlier than expected. Mobility became more difficult. Digestive issues became more common. Anxiety and stress affected quality of life. Owners wanted solutions that were simple, safe, and backed by veterinary knowledge, not a confusing shelf full of products with questionable ingredients and exaggerated claims.

That’s why I created Ascend Pet Vitality.

Our mission is simple: help dogs live healthier, happier lives through daily wellness support. Every product we create is built around the areas I see affecting dogs most often throughout their lives: digestive health, mobility, emotional well-being, and foundational daily nutrition.

As a veterinarian, I believe wellness should be proactive, not reactive. Supporting the body before problems arise is one of the most important investments we can make in our pets’ long-term quality of life.

Each Ascend formula is carefully developed with ingredients selected for their role in supporting normal health and wellness. We focus on creating products that are easy to give, enjoyable for dogs, and designed to fit naturally into a daily routine.
